Objectives and competences
The Nursing Leadership and Management master's aims to develop student's management and leadership in health institutions and administrations, using scientific evidence and the skills needed to improve the quality of care, clinical safety, staff training, optimized work systems, optimization of human and material resources and team leadership. In addition, it is aligned with international strategic actions (such as the Nursing Now campaign, promoted by the ICN and the WHO).
