Dr. Vicente Royuela, new managing editor of REGION

Vicente Royuela, from AQR research group, has taken over the role of managing editor of REGION from Roberto Patuelli. He has been crucial in getting the journal started and has contributed tremendously to its success. REGION is the journal of ERSA (European Regional Science Association). It publishes original scientific work in Regional Science, Regional Economics, Economic Geography, and related areas.
REGION is open access. It is freely available to readers and does not charge submission or publication fees from authors.
