The Board of Trustees of the Faculty of Law was set up on 6 October 2005 in order to build relationships between the academic activity of the Faculty and the professional world.    


As envisaged in Article 15.2 of the Statute of the University of Barcelona and in Article 40 of the Faculty regulations, the functions assumed by the Board of Trustees include the following:

a) Promoting and disseminating the activities of the Faculty and its research groups; and strengthening and enhancing the image of the Faculty and the University of Barcelona.   

b) Adjusting the educational offering to meet the needs of society at large.  

c) Providing advice to our graduates on the skills and competences required of them to enter the labour market.
