• We organize a variety of activities for secondary-school students in coordination with the UB faculties
• We attend education fairs in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, Madrid and Andorra
• We take part in organizing the Secondary-School Debating League, the awards for bachelor's degree research projects, and the series of talks "La UB s'apropa" ("The UB Comes to You")

• We answer queries about course offerings and admission to UB programmes, grants and financial aid and other students services
• We oversee the MónUB student portal, publishing news and content for the student community
• We resolve issues with access to the student intranet and other integrated applications, including cloud services, etc.

• We offer training courses in professional competences, interpersonal skills and job-seeking

• We work with the faculties to coordinate orientation activities
  
• We provide face-to-face personal guidance (by appointment)

• We provide support and guidance to students with disabilities and/or specific educational support requirements
• We design personalized adaptations and adjustments for students with specific requirements
• We loan support materials and oversee services

• We manage the GIPE database, which contains offers of external academic placements for UB students
