European Diploma Supplement

People who obtain an official degree can apply for the European Diploma Supplement (EDS), as long as their education qualification was valid on or after September 12, 2003.

The EDS is a document that adds information to the official program, through a description of its nature, level, context and content, with the aim of increasing the transparency of the various higher education qualifications.

1. Delivery of the EDS

The EDS can be collected by the holder, who must identify himself with a valid identity document.

If he cannot do so personally, the holder must make an authorization in the name of a third person. In this case, the authorized person must bring the authorization and his valid identity document.
