RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduates in medicine and surgery.
- Holders of pre-EHEA diplomas or bachelor's degrees in nursing.
- Holders of pre-EHEA degrees/diplomas and bachelor's degrees in health sciences.
- Other technicians, holders of diplomas or bachelor's degrees working in the health area.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

- To describe the main external systems of Quality Evaluation in Health Systems.
- To become familiar with advanced systematics for quality plan design.
- To learn about the main strategies in knowledge management in organizations.
- To become familiar with the principles of organizational innovation.
- To learn strategies for records policy.
- To understand the internal audits system.
- To become familiar with the to learn about the bases of monitoring systems and benchmarking systems.
- To understand the ISO, EFQM and Joint Commission external quality assessment systems.
- To learn about other regulations and evaluation systems for organizations.
- To understand the relationship between strategic plans and quality plans.
- To learn the different steps in the design of a quality plan.
- To understand the meaning and the origins of knowledge management.
- To become familiar with the main tool used in knowledge management.
- To become familiar with the main types of documents used in organizational settings.
- To learn the fundamental principles of evidence-based medicine and nursing.
- To understand the principles of innovation in organizational contexts.
