Antoni Marimon Riutort

Des de 1996 és professor a la UIB, on ha estat subdirector del Departament de Ciències Històriques i Teoria de les Arts (2013-2015). Un dels seus camps de recerca és l’estudi de la política a les illes Balears des del final del franquisme fins a l’actualitat. Antoni Marimon Riutort (Palma, 1965). He holds a doctorate in contem­porary history from the University of the Balearic Islands (1993). Since 1996 he has been a lecturer at the UIB. He was deputy director of the Department of Historical Sciences and Theory of the Arts (2013-2015). One of his fields of research is the study of politics in the Balearic Islands from the end of the Franco regime to the present day.
