The Interdisciplinary Research Seminar, organized by Aula Mediterrània, will be held on March 29th and 30th, 2023, with the participation of members of the CRIC community.

The Master’s Program CRIC organizes an information session on the PhD track, led by Dr. Loreto Vilar (coordinator of the CRIC doctoral research line) and Dr. Cristina Alsina Rísquez (coordinator of the MA programme CRIC).

The third edition of the awards is open to works by students from all the Universitat de Barcelona and its affiliated centres.

Pre-registration for the Official Master on Construction and Representation of Cultural Identities (CRIC) is open. The CRIC Master is developed within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). 

Marisa Siguan, professor of the CRIC master’s program, presents her book La memoria de la violencia on Thursday, March 2n at 7 pm. The event will take place at Documenta Bookstore.

Final research project defense

Katarzyna Moszczyńska-Dürst (GENIA-Uniwersytet Warszawski) will give a conference titled "Sujeto trans, autoficción tránsfuga: Camila Sosa Villada". In her intervention, she will analyze the figure of the female defector, her testimony as an entre-deux body, and the fictionalization of her experience in the Argentine writer Camila Sosa Villada. Activity in Spanish open to interested people.

Ánxela Lema París (Universidade da Coruña and ADHUC-Universitat de Barcelona) offers a conference titled "Autoría, sujeto lector y sexualidades".

The historian Amilcar Torrão Filho (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, PUC-SP) gives the lecture Favelas: culture, territory and dispute.

Joana Sabadell-Nieto (ADHUC-Hamilton College) offers a conference titled "La desobediencia como forma de felicidad".
