Participants can propose up to 2 communications that should be accepted by the scientific committee

Participants will be informed about the acceptance and type of their presentations (oral or poster) by 25th July 2022

Abstracts of all presentations will be published in the book of abstracts

And submitted as a word (.docx) file to the address:

Indicating the preference for oral or poster communication.

 

Considerations for oral communications:

• 10-12 min talk (presentation + questions should not exceed 15 min).
• Standard slide size 4:3 (landscape), which are the proportions of the screen in the room.
• 16:9 format is also possible, but it does not use the full area of the screen.
• Preferred format: PowerPoint or PDF.
• Any special specifications or formats: please contact the organization in advance.

Considerations for the preparation of posters:

• Poster size: DIN A0 (841mm X 1189 mm). Suggested minimum font size: 26pt.
• Poster must be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
• The figures and tables should cover slightly more than 50% of the poster area.
• Keep the text brief, without omitting it.
