The registration fee for the school is 200€ for current PhD students and 300€ for other participants. It should be paid by May 20, 2025 using the following official link (this link is also avaliable through the registration form above).

Applications for participation grants are open to early career researchers (PhDs and postdocs). The grant can cover the registration fee and/or can include the accommodation support (a shared room for two people from June 1st to June 6th). Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover your travel expenses. As part of the tradition of the school, we encourage all participants who are applying for the financial support to give a short talk during the school. The grant application deadline is 22 March 2025, and decisions will be communicated in early April. To apply for financial support, please complete the following form:

If you book the accommodation on your own, we strongly encourage you do that as soon as possible because the hotels in Barcelona fill up very quickly, especially during the tourist season. Here you can find the school location and a list of suggested hotels nearby.
