Registration

Participants of the EALE 2026 Conference are requested to register through the Registration Portal (available from April 1):

Presenters must complete their registration by May 1. Please note that papers whose presenters are not registered by this date cannot be included in the conference programme.

Registration Fees:

Regular participants: €450
Student participants: €300
Non-presenting participants (until May 1): €450
Late fee for non-presenting participants (from May 2 to June 1): €500

During the registration process, participants have the opportunity to provide information regarding attendance at social events and dietary requirements.

EALE Membership Fee:

Please note that only EALE members can participate in the conference. If you are not yet a member of our association, we kindly invite you to register here: https://eale.nl/membership/eale-membership.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made up to July 31 (one month prior to the conference) are eligible for a full refund. After this date, registration fees are non-refundable. To cancel your registration, please contact us: research@bse.eu.
