Registration

The registration period is now closed. The conference programme will be available shortly.

Registration Fees:

• Regular presenters: €450
• Student presenters: €300
• Non-presenting participants (until May 1): €450
• Late fee for non-presenting participants (from May 2 to June 1): €500

During the registration process, participants have the opportunity to provide information regarding attendance at social events and dietary requirements.

EALE Membership Fee:

Please note that only EALE members can participate in the conference. If you are not yet a member of our association, we kindly invite you to register here: https://eale.nl/membership/eale-membership.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made up to July 31 (one month prior to the conference) are eligible for a full refund. After this date, registration fees are non-refundable. To cancel your registration, please contact us: research@bse.eu.
