Characterizing human intelligence

We commonly make attributions of intelligence. However, it is a challenge to spell out on what exactly do these consist in. We also find such plurality of views in the relevant psychological literature.

In this paper I am going to examine different metaphysical frameworks from which we could make sense of the empirical literature, with an special emphasis on the possible characterization of intelligence as an HPC kind.
