The research group Organizational Development Research Group (recognized as consolidate by the Catalan Government), joints 16 members and their research is structured in three main lines:
- Entrepreneurship and Leadership
- Internationalization and Innovation
- Sustainable Management
The research aims to analyze how organizations implement more efficient and competitive as well as sustainable practices.
The group base its activity in collaborations both at the internal and external level, with a clear approach to the internationalization of the research. PhD students training is also a core aspect for the group.
