Organization
The Department of Biology, Health and the Environment is managed by a team made up of a director and a secretary, and is structured in five departmental sections corresponding to each of the different areas of knowledge:
- Botany
- Plant physiology
- Microbiology
- Parasitology
- Environmental health and Soil Science
Each departmental section operates autonomously and is represented in the departmental decision-making bodies by its coordinator.
