Comissió de Doctorat

These are the functions of the Doctoral Committee:

Inform the doctoral program proposals presented to you,
Control compliance with the management calendar for doctoral studies,
Approve access to doctoral programs,
Approve the transfers and access of doctoral students,
Approve the approval of the teaching certificate obtained in foreign programs,
Establish the general adaptation criteria for doctoral programs and approve their validation or adaptation,
Decide on the change of department affiliation in interdepartmental programs for the completion of the research period,
Establish the registration period in the DEA for each program and approve it by the Court, and, in general, decide on issues relating to doctoral programs in the process of extinction,
Admit the doctoral thesis for processing and appoint the tribunal that must evaluate it,
Approve the extraordinary doctoral award panel,
Decide on the recognition of previous studies for joint supervision of theses and authorize the corresponding requests and agreements,
Grant the mention of European doctor, and
All other functions attributed to him by current regulations and those delegated to him by the Faculty Board or other governing bodies.
