Placements and employability

The Faculty of Physics is committed to facilitating the transition of its students into professional life. Over the course of their bachelor's and master's degree studies, students have the chance to carry out placements with a diverse range of companies and institutions and to arrange new agreements for curricular and extracurricular placements. The Faculty also has its own Job Bank, which maintains fluid relations with the professional sector. It is a channel for companies to reach Faculty students and gives students the chance to access potential employment offers.

One of the most important events in the University calendar is the Business Fair, organized by the Area of Science and Engineering and to which the Faculty of Physics makes a significant contribution. This annual event brings together more than 100 representatives from different areas of the business sector and is a catalyst for the signing of placement agreements, the arrangement of grants and financial support, and the discussion of employment offers.
