Contest “Your doctoral thesis in a Twitter thread: #HiloTesis” (until April 23)
The UB, through the Doctoral School and the Scientific Culture and Innovation Unit (UCC+i) is looking for PhD students to take part in the first edition of the contest "Your doctoral thesis in a Twitter thread: #HiloTesis". Participants have to explain what their thesis is about to a non-expert audience through a thread of tweets that they will publish on Twitter. The aim of this initiative is to promote the disseminating activity among the doctoral students.
The contest, promoted by CRUE Spanish Universities, has two phases. In the former, which occurs within each participating institution, the University of Barcelona will select three threads to represent the UB in the final phase. In the latter, in which the finalists from all universities compete, three participants from three different universities will be selected as winners.
