Together with the UB Alumni Biology and Biotechnology Club we organize the series of conferences on Biodiversity and Health.
This cycle of conferences aims to raise awareness of the relationship between biodiversity and the health of the planet as well as human health. The crisis of biodiversity loss and global change are leading us to live an uncertain future where epidemics could become an important consequence of this problem.
Dr. Jordi Serra, epidemiologist, wants to help us reflect on this intrinsic relationship in presentations with experts in different areas of biodiversity.
