World Rabies Day: questions and answers with Professor Jordi Serra Cobo

The initiative, fostered by the National School of Veterinary Services (France), aims at promoting the contact between worlwide students and experts and answering many questions on rabies, a viral disease considered a problem of public health in many countries. Professor Serra Cobo, expert on rabies epidemiological studies in chiropters, is the author of the first detection of Lyssavirus RNA in bat populations (2002), and other scientific findings; some of them are included on the Rabies Bulletin Europe developed by the World Health Organization (WHO).
