The exhibition presents a selection of volumes that arrived at the UB following the acquisition by the Spanish State in 1884 of this important private library and its subsequent distribution among various Spanish libraries.

The exhibition is organized thematically, although one display case is dedicated to the former owners of the collection and their ownership marks. Most of the books are illustrated with engravings. The exhibition is part of a collaborative project with the REBIUN Heritage Working Group, which will present a shared virtual exhibition of Spanish university libraries with holdings from the Osuna Library, coinciding with the celebration of the 5th Conference on Bibliographic Heritage Management.
