Carnet Jove
Who can have access?
The Carnet Jove is aimed at all young people between 12 and 30 years old, both included.
It is open to young people from Spain and abroad, as long as they apply for it at one of the issuing points in Catalonia, whether they are permanent residents or just passing through. In order to apply for your Carnet Jove at any CaixaBank branch, you will need to present an identity document.
What does it offer?
The Carnet Joven gives its holders the right to enjoy a whole range of offers and services, as well as over 8,000 discounts in Catalonia, permanent and temporary, in areas such as culture, tourism and mobility, training, etc. i over 60,000 discounts throughout Europe.
In the same way, to encourage the cultural mobility of young Europeans, the Carnet covers you with an international travel assistance insurance completely free of charge (for all your travels outside Spain).
On the other hand, through different proposals and actions of the Connect Programme aspects and values such as participation, creativity, solidarity, sustainability, Europe, etc. are promoted.
How can I get it?
To get your Youth Card, you can go to any CaixaBank branch. In 7-9 working days, depending on how you apply (CaixaBank branches or the Internet) and the date you apply for the card, you can collect your definitive Youth Card at the CaixaBank branch of your choice. If you prefer, and you are between 18 and 30 years old, you can also apply for it from this website by filling in the online form.
On the other hand, you can get a provisional Youth Card, which will be issued immediately and will only be valid in Catalonia for thirty days. The provisional card is issued at the Young People’s Office of Calàbria, located at C/ Calàbria,147 in Barcelona. Before this provisional card is validated, you will need to go to a CaixaBank branch to apply for your definitive card.
When applying for the Carnet Jove (in any of the processes) you must present an identity document and pay the annual fee of 8,65 €.

Youth Pack 2024
If you are a holder of a Youth Card of the Generalitat de Catalunya, you can access the Youth Pack 2023 by downloading the APP “Carnet Jove Cat”, so you will always have your vouchers with you and can use them at any time. If you prefer, you can also register with your PC and you can get the PDF files (you will need to have Adobe Reader installed), you will receive an email with the link to download them, or you can also save, print or retrieve them from your profile history.
