The Faculty supports researchers and ensures the availability of centres, laboratories, supplies and other scientific services to facilitate research and teaching. These services are managed by the Faculty and can be used by the scientific community, following the established procedures.

Users must comply with the conditions of use and responsibilities indicated:

The user will not carry out any work or installation in the spaces subject to the transfer of temporary use, nor will he make any change in the structures of the facilities, unless there is express written authorization.

The UB's ornamentation will be respected at all times, without adding or deleting anything without prior express written authorization.

The signaling of the specific event to be carried out will be at the expense of the applicant.

The user agrees to keep the spaces subject to assignment in good condition.

The user will not transfer the use to third parties without express written permission.

At the end of the permit, either by expiration of the term or by revocation, the spaces subject to this temporary occupation permit must be left free, empty and issued, and the spaces must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered.

Damage or breakdowns caused to the facilities covered by this permit must be repaired by the user.

The Center Administration will be responsible for providing a written response to all requests and will confirm the effectiveness of the reservation and the expenses to be paid. Firm space reservations are subject to availability according to the calendar and schedule. In any case, priority will always be given to institutional and academic events organized by the University itself and its units, before the demands of institutions and entities outside the university community.

The price of the Aula Magna rental includes the fixed equipment for simultaneous translation. Headphones will have an additional cost of 2.59 € / unit per day or fraction thereof. In order to cover possible damages or theft, a deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.

  • Filming of commercials, short films and photo shoots in UB facilities.

In the case of filming and photographic reportage in spaces with specific rates, the price of the spaces used will also be applied. In the case of filming in non-priced common spaces, at least the same amount of filming rights and/or photographic reportage will be applied. 786 € per day and 79 € per hour or fraction thereof.
