Information for the student – Conservation-Restoration of Cultural Heritage (extinction)

Introduction

Conservation of heritage is mandatory under heritage laws, which establish an obligation to protect, value and disseminate this asset. Protecting our heritage also contributes to economic development and social cohesion.

Delivering on the commitments made by public authorities depends on the existence of a group of professionals with the highest level of training that may be required. The Bachelor’s Degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage is therefore essential for anyone who wishes to find employment in a profession which involves performing tasks that make it an activity in the public interest.
