The title of this forthcoming edition of the Sitges Conference will be ``Physical Biology: from Molecular Interactions to Cellular Behavior'' , and we are inviting prominent researchers working in the general fields of of cellular biology, both experimental and theoretical, and physics of the molecular interactions ruling the cell life. There will be specific sessions regarding the kinetic cellular processes, such as self-assembly, as well as molecular motors, transport phenomena, and genetic networks. This Conference intends to stimulate a discussion between biologists and physicists about the cellular behavior to favor the interchange and cross-fertilization of ideas, and to deepen the understanding of the open questions in the field.
