2023-24 ACADEMIC YEAR:
- The Enrolment for the second semester will take place from February 2 to 23.
2024-25 ACADEMIC YEAR:
- The pre-registration period for the next academic year 2024-25 will be from February 1 to June 21.
In case there is an incident or you cannot print the receipt, send an email the same day to master.fisica@ub.edu with the subject “INCIDENCIA PREINSCRIPCIÓN + the name of your master's degree”.
Or if it is the case of an incident in your registration: “INCIDENCIA DE MATRICULA + the name of your master's degree”.
Enrolment should be completed using the online enrolment application.
We remind you that to enroll in a master's program, you must first be officially ACCEPTED by an official resolution. Once accepted, you can manage your enrollment.
The documentation required for registration is:
-Academic record of UB students / academic certificate of other students
-Title or proof of degree or equivalent.
Ways to present the documentation:
1. If the signature of your degrees is digital, you must send it to the master's email: master.fisica@ub.edu with the subject: DOCUMENTACION MATRICULA 2023-2024.
2. If the signature is handwritten, you must present it in person by appointment (https://www.ub.edu/portal/web/fisica/cita-previa) or by courier for verification.
In case you can’t come in person. It is possible to send the originals by certificate mail, for verification, to the secretary of the faculty. If you don’t want to send the originals by post mail, you can ask for a CSV (Copy Security Validation) of your originals at the institution where you obtained the title. Remember the originals must be correctly legalized.

Remember that, if you access the Master with foreign studies, start the legalization and/or translation (Catalan or Spanish) of your access and registration documents as soon as possible, since the process is long and it is necessary to have everything presented and validated before of the enrollment period. http://www.ub.edu/acad/noracad/documents/legalitzacio.htm.
It is important to know that; If your studies are from outside the European community: In order to give you access to self-registration, we will need you to apostille or legalize the title of the degree and the academic record.
Once you have it apostilled, you have to deliver the documents, both original and apostilled, either in person by the secretary or send them by email. If you send them by email, both documents must have an authentic copy from the university where you completed your degree.
The documentation must be translated ( if it’s not in Spanish-Catalan or English) by a sworn translator into Spanish, the translator's registration number must appear in the translation and it must be signed by him/her.
At the time of submitting the documentation, the fee corresponding to the study of the documentation must be paid in the amount of €218.15 (http://www.ub.edu/acad/matricula/decret.pdf)
