Group Dynamics is an experiential and participatory HR technique used to analyze the interaction, behavior and social skills of people within a team.

Real or fictitious situations are posed, which must be resolved by working as a team, to achieve a common goal in a limited time.

The key elements of Dynamics are roles, norms, relationships and communication.
