Ana obtained a degree in Pharmacy at the University of Barcelona in 2025, where she conducted a research project focused on the synthesis of new anti-Alzheimer’s compounds. She also gained valuable international experience during an Erasmus+ exchange at the Technical University of Denmark, where she worked in the group of Prof. Dr. Katrine Qvortrup. Ana has recently started her first year of doctoral studies under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Carles Galdeano and Prof. Dr. Diego Muñoz-Torrero. Her PhD research focuses on synthesizing and evaluating compounds for neurodegenerative diseases.
