Simone is an Erasmus student from Italy, graduated with a BSc in Biotechnology at the University of Milano-Bicocca. He is pursuing an MSc in Industrial Biotechnology at the same university, which includes a full academic year of research internship dedicated to the development of his experimental thesis. For this internship, he is currently working in the Galdeano Lab at the University of Barcelona, where his research focuses on PROTACs that degrade Cyclin E/CDK2 complex.
