Juan de la Cierva Postdoctoral Research Fellow
I work mainly in analytic metaphysics and in philosophy of science, and am particularly interested in the interactions between these two fields. In the last few years I have been focusing on the topic of metaphysical indeterminacy, especially as applied to quantum physics. My other research interests are in the philosophy of time, the metaphysics of science broadly construed (laws, causation, emergence), and the interpretation of quantum mechanics (GRW in particular).
I earned my PhD in 2020 from the University of Milan, and I spent visiting research periods at the École Normale Supérieure in Paris, Rutgers University, University of Geneva, and University of Sydney. Before I came to Barcelona, I was a Postdoc at the Institut Néel (CNRS) in Grenoble.
