Abstract

I will sketch a view according to which *de re* beliefs are ternary relations between a subject (at the time of belief), a relativised proposition, and a world of evaluation centred on the res-at-some-time. I will argue that such a view makes room for new solutions to several traditional problems in the theory of reference.
