What does it offer?

Growing up in a family is a training program aimed at guiding, strengthening and giving tools to families to play their educational role in a positive way, with the aim of enhancing recognition and confidence in the parents’ own abilities. It offers cycles of workshops, which are intended to be spaces for exchanging experiences between parents with children of similar ages, guided by professionals with expertise in family training in which the priorities are to reflect on why educate, what to do and how to do it.

How to participate

Growing up in a family offers two forms of participation to families: in person, through attendance at workshop cycles, and through the web, consulting articles and other resources of interest.

  • The coffee of families. The Family Café is an open participatory space that, through social networks, allows you to exchange experiences, formulate doubts and queries, express opinions and, ultimately, make contributions about family education and the program’s workshops. This new virtual space is organized by territory, through the managers of the workshops that are carried out in each area of Catalonia.
  • Resource box. In this space, families can access tolists and links to interesting resources and websites.
