Deadlines and calendar

The online application for the academic year 2024-2025 will be available from March, 1^st 2024.

STAYS FOR THE FIRST (AUTUMN) SEMESTER OR FULL ACADEMIC YEAR:

Your home universities will have to nominate you to the host Faculty or Affiliated centre until:

• 15^th of May 2024 in case of Faculty of Biology, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Psychology and CETT (Univ. School of Tourism).
• 1^st of June 2024 for the rest of schools.

You will have to submit the application documents to the host Faculty or Affiliated centre until:

• 31^st of May 2024 in case of Faculty of Biology, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Psychology and CETT (Univ. School of Tourism).
• 15^th of June 2024 for the rest of schools.

The students coming from non-EU countries are recommended to submit the application documents beforehand to proceed with the visa submission and issuance with the Spanish authorities on due time.

The academic calendar for the first semester is:

• Classes: from 16^th of Setember 2024 to 31^st of January 2025.
• Examination period: from 8^th to 31^st of January 2025.
• Christmas holidays: from 23^rd of December 2024 to 7^th of January 2025.

• Classes: starting between February 3 and 10 until June 27, 2025 (the starting day will depend on each School).
• Examination period: from 2^nd to 27^th of June 2025.
• Easter week holidays: from 14^th to 21^st of April 2025.
