REVISTA CATALANA DE PEDAGOGIA: CALL FOR PAPERS

REVISTA CATALANA DE PEDAGOGIA (CATALAN MAGAZINE OF PEDAGOGY)

CALL DEADLINE 15 NOVEMBER 2020

PRACTICUM AND EDUCATION

PUBLICATION 2021

The Revista Catalana de Pedagogia (RCP) is a free and open biannual publication of the Catalan Society of Pedagogy, subsidiary of the Institute of Catalan Studies.

The RCP has as its main objectives to become a quality platform for the dissemination of research and educational and training experiences, and to promote debate and educational reflection that professionals and / or researchers contribute.

In this increasingly changing and innovative society, pedagogy must be able to deploy skills with large margins of uncertainty, sharing space with related professions: social education, social work, teachers and / or educational technologists, for example, among others.

From this standpoint, it is convenient to combine academic training and work, where the Practicum is one of the key subjects. On the part of the students, it is the most significant and motivating approach to the professional practice to which they aspire when they choose to pursue a certain degree. On the part of the people responsible for the training programs, it is known that the Practicum is where the competencies of the degree are applied and developed in a more complete and complex manner. On the part of the organizations of practices and their professionals, an organizational context and a framework of professional requirements is offered in which it is expected that the students appreciate the situation of demand, reflect and face the activity that is presented to them.

From this approach, the Revista Catalana de Pedagogia encourages you to send results, experiences, emerging innovations and reflections on the practicum and education.
