Berta Boer Secanell 

Berta BOER SECANELL is a midwife, a pre-doctoral researcher at the University of Barcelona and a member of ADHUC – Centre for Research on Theory, Gender and Sexuality. Her doctoral research, supervised by Dr Josefina Goberna, is part of the VULVIDE project (Experiences of women and healthcare professionals regarding perinatal loss and termination of pregnancy: Vulnerability, Obstetric Violence and Decision-Making), which examines the experiences of women and healthcare professionals in the context of perinatal loss and termination of pregnancy, with a particular focus on vulnerability, obstetric violence and decision-making.
