This type of enrolment is aimed at doctoral students, both those who wish to enrol in a doctoral programme for the first time and those who continue in the same doctoral program in which they have been enrolled up to now.
The self-enrolment will be active from September 5th to October 31st 2022 (period set in the administrative calendar).
SECOND THERM ENROLMENT: from February 13th to March 10th 2023.
Required documentation:
A commitment document must be submitted to the Postgraduate Secretariat of the Faculty filled in and signed by all those involved.
The self-enrolment is also possible for doctoral students who benefited from a predoctoral scholarship last year with a valid contract with the UB or another research institution or public university.

ENROLLMENT OF STUDENTS THAT CONTINUE IN DOCTORATE PROGRAM
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
In order to be able to do the self-enrolment it is necessary that you have been enrolled in the doctoral programme during the academic year 2021-22 and fulfil the following academic conditions:
- Accepted research plan (Doctoral students that started their doctorate in the academic year 2021-2022).
- Favorable evaluation and annual monitoring report of the research plan corresponding to the academic year 2021-2022.
IMPORTANT
In case you want to change the supervisor, tutor, subject, time management of the doctoral programme and/or the enrolment centre, you must do the enrolment in the corresponding centre by providing the necessary documentation. Consult the information of matriculation
In the event that you have a scholarship or a grant not included in the list of predoctoral scholarships, you must do the enrolment in the centre so that the corresponding exemption can be applied to you.
