Information for the student – Educational Psychology - MIPE (currently being replaced)

First period: 3 April - 12 May 2023.
Notification of resolutions: 1–5 June.

Second period: 15 May - 23 June 2023.
Notification of resolutions: 4–10 July.

Third period: August 28 - September 4 2023.
Notification of resolutions: 5–8 September.

Notes:

• Pre-enrolment fee: A pre-enrolment fee of 30,21 euros is charged. Students who apply to more than one master's degree must pay the fee for each pre-enrolment request. Pre-enrolment requests cannot be processed until this fee has been paid.Fees will only be refunded if the master's degree in question is suspended.
• Reserved places: A maximum of 5% of the new places of the master's degree are reserved for students who meet the general and specific access requirements and accredit the recognition of a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.

• Photocopy of degree certificate or equivalent qualification. In case of admission, foreign degrees that require so should be translated and authenticated through diplomatic channels before completing the enrolment.
  
• Other specific documentation related to the selection criteria

The Committee will examine the certificates and documents submitted by candidates as proof of their knowledge, training and previous experience, and will assess their merits according to the following criteria:

• Curriculum vitae:
  • Studies (maximum three points).
  • Other related studies (master's degrees, courses, seminars, etc.) (maximum 1 point).
  • Command of languages (in addition to Catalan): in particular, English, French and German (maximum 1 point).
  • Knowledge of ICT at advanced user level (maximum 1 point).
  • Other specific merits and work experience relating to educational psychology (maximum 1 point).
• Academic record for the qualification used for admission (maximum 2 points).
• Cover letter explaining interest in taking the master's degree (maximum 1 point).

Once the academic records have been evaluated, the Coordination Committee for the MIPE shall rule on applications for admission and inform candidates of the decision in writing, first via email and then via a formal acceptance letter sent in the post. The Committee shall also be responsible for managing any complaints or reviewing the decisions if requested by candidates.
