Icaria Editorial has published Rehacer los géneros. Mujeres cineastas dentro y fuera de Hollywood by Katarzyna Paszkiewicz, the winning work of the 2017 ADHUC Prize, in the collection "Mujeres y culturas". Paszkiewicz, a professor of English Studies and a researcher at the ADHUC-Teoria, Gènere, Sexualitat Center, considers the film production of several women filmmakers from the United States industry, dismantling the idea that women, directors and viewers, are more prone to choose genres culturally encoded as "feminine" (romantic comedy or melodrama, for example).
