Number 20.1 of Expressions maghrébines, the international journal dedicated to Maghrebi cultures and indexed in the Arts and Humanities Citation Index is now out. This issue includes a pack coordinated by Naïma Hachad (American University) titled 'Témoignage et résistance dans les productions culturelles maghrébines'. The volume explores the idea of testimony as a form of resistance to certain political, social and cultural structures of domination, particularly in relation to the concepts of real and truth, on the basis of some textual forms that testimony has engendered in the Maghrebi context.
