From the Office of Safety, Health and Environment (OSSMA), we would like to share with the entire university community the prevention and health promotion awareness project we have designed for 2026 through the sixth UB calendar, which has been framed within the University’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The ‘Look After Yourself to Live Better’ calendar includes links to additional resources of interest to complement the advice and connect with emotional well-being.

The OSSMA and the Torribera Food Campus encourage you in the challenge of achieving a healthy diet and lifestyle.
We hope that this project, which has been with us for a whole year, will achieve the objective of EATING WELL.
UB 2023 calendar
The chosen theme was ‘Organise your workstation’ and the tips included allowed you to optimise your workspace both at home and in the office in ten simple steps.
UB 2022 calendar
The project that was disseminated was the ‘Decalogue of positive mental health’, led by Dr. Maria Teresa Lluch Canut, Professor of Psychosocial Nursing and Mental Health of the Department of Public Health, Mental Health and Maternal and Child Nursing.
UB 2020 calendars
The University of Barcelona, through the Office of Safety, Health and the Environment and in collaboration with the Sports and Web Development Service, announced the first sentence competition for the UB 2020 Calendar and, after a selection and from the subsequent electronic voting, the 12 best phrases were chosen in order to inspire University workers to have a better work environment.

Consell del mes de desembre. Vetlla per la teva seguretat. Entre tots ho farem possible.
Consell del mes de novembre. Abans de comprar un producte, comprova si està disponible a l’espai ReUBtilitzem.
Consell del mes d’octubre. Controla els riscos al laboratori: la prevenció és la millor reacció.
Consell del mes de setembre. Necessites informació preventiva sobre els riscos de la feina i del teu espai de treball?
Consell del mes d’agost. Fora de la jornada laboral, desconnecta: clica off per estar on.
Consell del mes de juliol. Et calen eines per resoldre situacions conflictives a la feina?
Consell del mes de juny. Si tens dubte a l’hora de gestionar un residu consulta’ns-ho.
Consell del mes de maig. Si treballes amb persones d’altres institucions, recorda que la coordinació és important per prevenir riscos.
Consell del mes d’abril. Centra’t en el que les persones poden aportar, no en les seves limitacions.
Consell del mes de març. Tingues cura del teu benestar. Una estona d’exercici és millor que res. Sigues una persona activa i programa’t exàmens de salut.
