This year the conference examines issues related to technological advances and their impact on democracy and putting special attention to blockchain technology and artificial intelligence (AI) regarding the media, social networks and governance of societies

AI curates, influences, and even creates content across digital communities. But who governs this invisible force shaping human interaction? The discussion explores algorithmic bias, social manipulation, creative potential, and the urgent need for ethical frameworks in digital ecosystems.
