Cancellations must be addressed in writing to the Technical Secretariat of the Conference (firstname.lastname@example.org). Withholding for cancellation fees will be determined based on the date of communication with the following criteria:
- For cancellations before October 3, 80% of the registration fee (20% of management fees – Crea Congresos) will be refunded
- As of October 4, no returns will be made.
Returns will be made within 15 business days after the end of the Conference, by bank transfer in the name of the person who made it.
Replacement policy: If the registered person cannot participate in the Conference and prior notice of at least 5 calendar days in advance of the date of celebration, it may be replaced by another person.
