Deadlines

The online application form will be updated on March 1st, 2023 for the academic year 2023-2024.

Students planning to study abroad in the first semester or for the whole academic year 2023-2024, should send their documents to the Manager of International Mobility at the faculty or school in which they intend to study no later than 15th June 2023.

Some Faculties or Schools may establish different deadlines to submit the applications. The students coming from non-EU countries will need to proceed with the visa submission and issuance with the Spanish authorities beforehand in order to arrive to Barcelona on due time. 

• Classes start in September 2023 (the exact day will depend on the school or faculty).
• The examination period begins in January 2023.
• Christmas holidays are from December 25th, 2023 to January 7th, 2024.
