FI Predoctoral Researcher

Sara BAILA BIGNÉ is a predoctoral researcher at ADHUC. Graduated cum laude in French and English in Modern Languages and Literatures at the University of Barcelona (2015-2019) and with a MA in Construction and Representation of Cultural Identities (2020), her research is focused on the construction of empathy in narrative. Her PhD dissertation, directed by Dr. Cristina Alsina, consists of an intersection between affect theory and literary theory which aims at exploring the empathic representation of immoral characters in contemporary American literature.
