In 2021, Fractalia publishing house released the first Romanian translation of the book Entreactes: entorn del pensament, la política i el feminisme, by the philosopher Fina Birulés (Seminari Filosofia i Gènere-ADHUC, Universitat de Barcelona). The volume, titled in Romanian Antracte. Despre politică, feminism și gândire, translated by Adina Mocanu (ADHUC-Universitatea din Craiova), offers a reflection on feminism, difference and equality, and a thought on what it means to be a woman in relation to subjectivity, gender and political responsibility towards individual and collective liberty. A debate on the issues analysed in this book and feminism in Romania will take place between the author of the book, Fina Birulés, and Ionela Băluță (Universitatea din Bucureşti), a specialist in gender studies, political representation of women, the history of feminism and equal opportunity policies after 1989. The event, which is part of Sant Jordi activities in Bucharest, will be moderated by Adina Mocanu and Víctor Peña Irles. The delegate of the Generalitat de Catalunya in the Balkans, Eric Hauck, will also participate.

Event organized by the Institut Ramon Llull and the Lectorat de Català of the University of Bucharest, in collaboration with the Delegation of the Generalitat de Catalunya in the Balkans. Activity in Romanian and Catalan with consecutive interpretation.
