Neuroinflammation is widely recognized as a significant hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). To combat neuroinflammation, the inhibition of the soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) enzyme has been demonstrated crucial. Importantly, sEH in-hibition could be related to other neuroprotective pathways described in AD.
