Queen María Cristina Prize to promote research in Economics – Call for Applications
The Royal University Centre Escorial-María Cristina, in cooperation with the Banco Santander, has announced the 5th Queen María Cristina Prize, which rewards the efforts of researchers in the field of Economics and Law. Candidates have to submit at least one unpublished article in Spanish. Articles in English might be accepted in exceptional cases. Research must address topics such as Economics and Ethics; Economy and Family; the individual as the centre for economic decisions; taxation as the subject of the economic policy; taxation and family; poverty and income distribution; labour market and employability; job market; social protection as an essential tool for the principle of solidarity; guiding principles of the Economy; subsidiarity; solidarity and common good; corporate and institution governance and corporate responsibility; new company creation financing; accounting data in a global framework; bank union and fiscal union in the European Union.
