Ecotrophelia Europa awards ‘Mr. Pinx’, created by students of the Faculty

Mr. Pinx is an innovative nutritional product that reinvents the usual concept of typical sticks - used to tap tapas in bars and restaurants - and also makes them edible. This product, made from corn flour, has been developed by students of the UB Kizkitza Castander, Julia Pablo Torres, Andrea Maldonado and Anabel Práxedes, under the tutorship of Cristina Andrés Lacueva, lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Sciences of The Food of the UB, member of the Fragility and Healthy Ageing CIBER (CIBERFES) and coordinator of the master's degree, and Professor Ramon Rovira, of the same Faculty.
