Latin America Telecommunications Research fellowship – Call for Applications
Applications are invited for a visiting researcher position in the area of telecommunications policy and regulation in Latin-America at the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI). The successful candidate will write a working paper and will teach seminars or courses related to telecommunications policy and regulation for a period of up to three months during 2017. Telefónica’s Latin-America-Europe Chair of Telecommunications and Internet Policy and Regulation offers up to €5,000. Interested candidates are requested to send a long CV, the names of three references and a letter of application, including a discussion of the research to be pursued and the time period at csanchez@ibei.org.
