XREPP Doctoral Day 2016 – Call for Papers
Submissions of papers are invited for the next XREPP Doctoral Day, which will take place on November 23rd, 2016, in Sala de Recepcions, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Barcelona. XREPP is the Network of reference in Economics and Public Policy which brings together the main researchers in Economic Design and Evaluation of Public Policies from Catalan universities. XREPP’s Doctoral Day 2016 welcomes all PhD students, young and senior researchers, interested Master students and invitees. Papers need to be oriented to: Sustainability of the welfare state and income redistribution (pensions, education, health and unemployment); Social policy development and poverty; Globalization and spatial inequalities; or Environmental and R&D&i policy. This scientific gathering offers a platform to present their doctoral work and receive comments from a discussant. The Doctoral Day is also meant to offer opportunities to ‘meet and greet’ and exchange ideas with fellow students, faculty and Master students. Finally, this event wants to contribute to the visibility of the growing research environment at XREPP.
Deadline: October 28th, 2016. More information HERE.
